About Sam

These terms govern your use of Sam at sam247.pro. Sam is operated by Idea Garage OÜ, Oja tn 79-2, 13516 Tallinn, Estonia, registered in the Estonian Commercial Register under registry code 17553708. By creating an account or using Sam you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use Sam.

Sam is a sales tool for businesses. It is a CRM run with a team of AI agents that can find leads, qualify them, contact them and follow up, as far as you choose to let them. Sam is meant for business use, not for personal or household use.

Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep access to it safe, because anyone with access to it can sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you use Sam for a company, you confirm that you may act for it.

Your agents and your outreach

Sam's agents act for you. Messages, emails and calls they make are sent on your behalf and in your name, and you are responsible for them as if you had sent them yourself. You decide how much the agents may do on their own, and you can change that at any time.

You must follow the laws that apply to your sales and marketing, including data protection, anti-spam and telemarketing rules. In particular, you must have a legal basis to store and contact each lead, and you must respect anyone who asks not to be contacted.

What you may not do

You may not use Sam to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, to mislead or harass anyone, to pretend to be someone else, to collect data you have no right to, or for anything unlawful. You may not interfere with Sam's operation or security, try to reach areas that are not yours, or copy or extract the service by automated means to build a competing product. We may stop or limit an agent's action that would break these rules.

Your data

Your business information, leads and other content stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process them only to run Sam for you, as described in our privacy policy. You confirm that you have the rights needed to give us this content. At any time you can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.

AI results

Sam's agents use AI. AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, including in lead details, scores, summaries and drafted messages. Please check anything that matters before you rely on it. We do not promise any number of leads, replies or sales.

Price

Sam is currently offered free of charge as an early version, and features may change. We may offer paid plans in future. If we do, we will tell you the price and what it includes before you pay anything, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sam and close your account at any time by writing to us; you do not need to give a reason. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or the service at risk, or is required to be closed by law. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a copy of your data.

Intellectual property

The Sam name, character, design, text and software belong to Idea Garage OÜ. Names, logos and trade marks of other businesses belong to their owners.

Ideas and suggestions

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them freely and without any duty or payment to you.

Liability

Sam is provided as it is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or business, or for the content of messages sent on your behalf. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a consumer, none of this affects your mandatory legal rights.

Changes

We may change, suspend or end any part of Sam, and we may update these terms. If we change them in a material way, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you by email. If you keep using Sam after that, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. The English version of these terms is the binding one; other languages are provided for convenience.
